The Premonition
If you believe in Miracles, in God or not a believer then strange things do happen, this night Danial had a premonition to attend the Sunday church service.
At the church service Danial attended there was a guest speaker he spoke about family matters, single mothers and the family law system, it was after the service Danial was introduced to the guest speaker.
The guest speaker being a prominent leader of Daniel’s church, he then introduced him to Mrs. Chamberlain a lawyer of distinction who decided to take on his case.
Her brilliant legal work was outstanding and how she outwitted many in the court room including Claire’s lawyer.
Application For Interim Custody
After many months Claire applies to the Magistrates Court in Auckland
for interim Custody of her son Oliver.
As Danial was faced with a huge dilemma that he could not find a legal representative was very difficult time for him as the hearing was only two weeks away.
